Our Story
Why We Exist
We create space for current and former employees to share experiences, access educational information and resources, support one another, and bring greater awareness to workplace concerns that too often remain unheard.
These experiences may involve alleged retaliation, discrimination, harassment, disability accommodations, ADA or FMLA matters, reports of suspected misconduct, workplace policies and practices, disciplinary actions, termination, or other workplace concerns.
Our purpose is not to determine guilt or adjudicate individual disputes. It is to create awareness, encourage informed conversation, amplify voices, and advocate for systems in which people can raise legitimate concerns without fear.

Voices Without Fear is an independent advocacy and awareness movement founded in the United States with a simple belief:
People should not have to choose between using their voice and protecting their livelihood.
The movement was created to amplify workplace experiences, raise awareness, encourage responsible storytelling, provide educational resources, and advocate for greater transparency, fairness, dignity, accessibility, and accountability.
Voices Without Fear is intentionally bigger than any one individual. It is a platform built around the collective power of people willing to speak up, support one another, ask questions, and advocate for meaningful change.
